Orders placed after 5:00 pm on Friday will be processed by 9:00 am the following Monday.

1.Where do we ship from?

All orders for Elderly Care Cushions products are shipped from 6310 Sharon Dr, Fort Wayne, Indiana.

In order to ensure our after-sales service, we cannot provide stable after-sales service for countries other than the United States, so orders outside the United States are not supported for the time being

3.How much do I have to pay for shipping?

We use Standard Shipping and do not charge for shipping.

Orders arrive within 4-10 business days of shipping.

4.Our delivery time

Our delivery time is 5-13 business days. The details will be as follows:

5.How do we package the product?

We pack our Elderly Care Cushions in an exclusive bag, then pack it into an outer box and seal it for shipping.

After receiving the Elderly Care Cushions products, if the damage is found (such as broken, worn, deformed, etc.), please email to our customer service Wendy Vanderwood via [email protected], and we will offer you a free return.
